By connecting your self-custody digital wallet or otherwise utilizing any component of TenTier, you represent and warrant that:

• You have attained the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (at least 18 years of age or the age required by applicable law).
• You possess the full legal power, capacity, and authority to enter into these binding Terms and fulfill all obligations described herein.
• Your access to decentralized smart contracts, digital asset staking, and affiliate distribution complies fully with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulatory guidelines in your geographic jurisdiction.
• You are not a citizen, resident, or entity located in any restricted territory subject to sanctions or trade embargoes administered by international regulatory authorities.

TenTier operates as a decentralized, non-custodial Web3 portal. Interactions with the TenTier protocol occur through third-party cryptographic wallet providers (including but not limited to MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Rabby, and WalletConnect):

We bear zero liability for any loss of assets resulting from compromised devices, stolen seed phrases, malicious browser extensions, phishing schemes, or user error during transaction authorization.

The TenTier Web3 Academy offers interactive curriculum, coding lessons, quizzes, browser-based sandboxes (compilers, interpreters, and simulator preview runtimes), and verifiable achievement certificates:

• Educational Use Only: All code examples, architectural demonstrations, and smart contract tutorials are prepared solely for technological and educational literacy. None of the curriculum constitutes financial, investment, or audit-grade security guidance.
• Browser Sandbox Environment: In-browser simulators emulate runtime environments for rapid learning and testing. Code executed within the sandbox is client-side or sandbox-contained and does not constitute a mainnet deployment.
• Certificates of Completion: Certificates issued by the Academy serve as digital proof of educational completion within the TenTier learning platform and do not confer accredited academic degrees or government-regulated credentials.

TenTier features an automated, on-chain 10-tier working referral network powered by immutable Solidity smart contracts deployed on the BNB Chain (utilizing BEP-20 USDT):

• Automated Smart Contract Distribution: Referral commissions are calculated, validated, and distributed programmatically by the smart contract upon account activation directly to eligible referrers’ non-custodial wallet addresses.
• Voluntary Network Participation: Participating in the referral program is completely optional. Referral rewards are derived from protocol membership activity as governed strictly by the open-source smart contract code.
• No Income Guarantees: TenTier makes no representations, guarantees, or projections of expected income, yields, or commissions. Outcomes are solely contingent on individual network engagement, protocol participation, and market factors.

TenTier provides access to non-working staking pool smart contracts (including our 2X yield cap model). When interacting with staking contracts:

• Smart Contract Terms: All staking parameters—such as lock durations, return rates, and maximum distribution limits (e.g., 2X cap)—are hard-coded into the contract mechanics and operate autonomously.
• Market & Liquidity Risks: Cryptocurrency staking inherently involves protocol risk, stablecoin de-pegging contingencies, and decentralized liquidity shifts. Staking assets are locked in accordance with smart contract specifications.
• User Due Diligence: You are encouraged to verify the smart contract on BSCScan prior to initiating deposit transactions.

All on-chain actions (including wallet activation, referral claims, and staking deposits) are processed via the BNB Chain (BEP-20) network:

• Network Gas Fees: Every blockchain transaction requires computational resources rewarded in native BNB as gas fees. You are solely responsible for ensuring adequate BNB balance to broadcast transactions. Gas fees are paid directly to network validators and are non-refundable by TenTier under any circumstance.
• Transaction Irreversibility: Due to the immutable nature of distributed ledgers, transactions broadcast to and confirmed by the BNB Chain cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded by TenTier.

When utilizing the TenTier platform and Academy, you explicitly agree not to:

• Deploy malicious scripts, exploits, reentrancy vulnerabilities, or denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our smart contracts or web infrastructure.
• Engage in automated Sybil attacks, bot-driven referral manipulation, or fraudulent spoofing of wallet addresses.
• Circumvent or tamper with Academy course unlock mechanisms, challenge verification routines, or certificate generation logic.
• Use TenTier for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable anti-fraud and financial integrity regulations.
• Impersonate TenTier administrators, developers, or official representatives across community channels or platforms.

All proprietary curriculum, lesson text, interactive coding exercises, graphics, brand identity, user interface designs, and software code on TenTier (excluding open-source libraries and standard smart contract protocols) are the intellectual property of TenTier.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view course materials and run sandbox exercises for personal educational purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce, sell, or distribute our proprietary course curriculum without explicit prior written authorization.

THE TENTIER PLATFORM, SMART CONTRACTS, AND ACADEMY ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR FREEDOM FROM PROGRAMMING ERRORS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TENTIER, ITS CONTRIBUTORS, OR DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TOKENS, OR GAS FEES) ARISING FROM:

• Blockchain network congestion, hard forks, node outages, or high gas prices on BNB Chain.
• Bugs, unexpected smart contract behavior, or third-party decentralized RPC provider failures.
• User error, loss of private keys, or transactions dispatched to incorrect wallet addresses.
• Regulatory actions or legal restrictions enacted by governmental authorities in your region.

We reserve the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms at any time to reflect protocol advancements, platform enhancements, or regulatory compliance requirements. Changes will be denoted by an updated “Effective Date” atop this document.

Your continued use of the TenTier website, dApp, or Academy following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised provisions.
