2. Information We NEVER Collect
Because TenTier is a non-custodial decentralized application, we adhere to strict architectural boundaries:
- We NEVER ask for or store private keys or mnemonic seed phrases.
- We NEVER hold or manage passwords for your non-custodial wallet.
- We NEVER collect government identity cards, passport numbers, or biometric data for Academy learning or Web3 connection.
- We NEVER store bank account numbers or credit card CVV details.
Tip: Anyone claiming to represent TenTier and requesting your wallet seed phrase or private key is an unauthorized impostor. Never share these credentials with any party.
3. Information We Collect & Process
🔗 Public Blockchain Information
When you voluntarily connect your Web3 wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Trust Wallet), we read your public wallet address (0x...) and query the BNB Chain ledger for your publicly verifiable on-chain interactions, such as token balances (BEP-20 USDT), smart contract activation status, referral tree relationships, and staking timestamps. This information is inherently public on the blockchain.
📚 Academy Course Progress & Sandbox Submissions
To provide interactive learning, your lesson completions, module quiz attempts, challenge validation passes, and completion certificates are saved in your browser’s local storage and synced to our database when connected so you can resume learning across devices.
✉️ Support & Contact Inquiries
If you submit a message through our Contact Us portal, we collect the details you voluntarily provide (name, email address, inquiry category, message body, and any optional file attachments) to respond to your support request.
⚙️ Technical Diagnostics
Standard technical web logs (IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and error telemetry) are temporarily processed to protect our web servers against denial-of-service attacks and ensure optimal performance of the in-browser simulator.

- Cloud Infrastructure & CDN: We use high-speed Content Delivery Networks to deliver curriculum assets, code editor workers, and simulator runtimes with low latency.
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing firms or data brokers.

Support inquiries and contact messages are retained only as long as necessary to resolve user questions, prevent fraud, and maintain compliance with legal requirements. Server diagnostic logs are automatically cycled and purged on a rolling schedule.
